Adult Counseling
Approach
My counseling for adults is focused on making concrete changes through the incorporation of techniques and tools that have shown effectiveness. This allows individuals to gain a better understanding of themselves and their environment and find solutions to various situations they are going through. It aims to bring about changes in different areas of functioning and modify behaviors to improve their quality of life.
How It Works?
I implement effective tools such as active listening, interviews, and the application of specific assessments (if necessary). I develop an action plan that includes strategies tailored to your case, guiding you to work on the elements that may be causing conflicts or difficulties. This leads to solutions and helps you discover your potential.
Steps Considered
Initially, I conduct an analysis of the situation through the interview process, which allows me to obtain a reference for your areas of functioning. Once the necessary information is gathered, I proceed to design a personalized action plan, which will be followed up through successive sessions, enabling you to track your progress throughout the process.
